Cement Trailer V Shape (Type) is used for carrying cement, lime, Powder Calcite, Silica, flour and any other powder materials in bulk, which is mostly preferred all over the World.
Trucks are used to transport Cement Trailers. Those we are producing have load capacities from 20 to 60 m3. The carrier consists of a tank on a semitrailer. Mounted inside the tank are chutes that feed air in to the cement, the chutes consist of the metal troug, a porous partition made of special material, and a metal incline .An air compressor is mounted on the chassis of the trailer usually on the front of the trailer. Wee use 3 head or 2 Head, powered compressor with pistons and Diesel Deutz motor or Electirical motor Bekomsan brand.
The sement-trailer usually loaded by gravity. But we alsou produce vacuum self-loading cement trailer. Unloading is accomplished by starting the air compressor we use in our bulk cement semi trailers, air then passes through the partition of the chute into the cement in the fine jets. The aerated cement flows like a liquid through the chutes. Compressed air feeds the cement through the nozzle to a unloading hoses.
Why are bulk Cement Trailers V shaped ?
V Shape or Type Cement Trailers empty from the bottom. Usually the flow is air assisted. By having sloped bottoms, the material will tend to flow in the downslope direction and the last cement will be easier to get out.

For Vacuum (Self Loading) system we are using German Wolf Cw80-4 Screw Compressor whit Volume flow 430-580 m³ / h / 2.0 bar and over Pressure up to 2.5 along with diesel or electrical engine.
It is unloaded from 4”or 3” spherical valve by the help of vibration hoses floored in the bottom.
SECURITY VALVE Limiting the pressure to 2 bars in tank by 2 pcs of valves and 1 on the compressor.
